Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant

Hours: 7.50 hours per week (there is potential for a role at 8.75 hours per week)

Salary: A1, pt1 (£3276 per annum, £9.00 per hour)

We are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our team of dedicated lunchtime staff from September 2019.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with primary age children and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
The role will involve working under the guidance of the Lunchtime Behaviour Supervisor, supporting the learning and personal development of students over the lunchtime period.
The role will include supervision of pupils in our dining room and playground, or in our nursery.
 
Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants are expected to:
  • Be able to communicate well with children and other staff members
  • Assist with first aid, deal with incidents and complete any necessary paperwork (eg first aid slips)
Appointments will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.

Cleaner

Hours: 11.25 per week, term-time only (plus 2 weeks additional hours to be worked during the Summer holiday)

Salary: A1, pt1 (starting salary £4380 plus overtime for holiday work) 

We are seeking to appoint a cleaner to start in September.

Essential requirements for the post

  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn

  • Understanding of how to keep children and yourself safe

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible cleaner to join our small but friendly and hard working cleaning team.  Your role will include ensuring that the building is cleaned to a high standard to provide a nice environment for the children, staff and parents who use the premises. Main duties will include the cleaning of the classroom, cloakroom, toilet and communal areas of the building as directed by the school Superintendent.

Appointments will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
