Chinese New Year

We have had lots of fun learning about Chinese New Year this week. We have been cooking and eating in our Chinese restaurant, using chop sticks to pick up pom poms, scooping up red rice, drawing Chinese symbols, creating Chinese dragons and doing dragon dances!
We learnt about Chinese food and even got to try some noodles, beansprouts and prawn crackers.
Miss Hurdsfield brought in lots of her Chinese resources for us to look at. We really enjoyed looking at the Chinese maps.
